It definitely has gotten worse for me since having DD2 I've always had relatively heavy AF (sorry for the TMI) but no (or negligible) pain/cramping/nausea/other PMS-y symptoms... until having DD2. After DD1, I went back on the Pill at 10 weeks after failing to establish BFing and didn't have a worry (I'd varied contraceptive methods before, from nothing to the Pill to Implanon etc, no significant changes in AF), but after DD2's birth I have had awful pains every month, lots of clotting (again, apologies for the TMI) and nausea, acne, all the wonderful stuff I missed out on before and thought other women were being drama queens about!

I'm still waiting to see if things work themselves out, as the post-baby hormones had me losing hair, covered in pimples and generally in a sorry state for more than 12 months post-birth, but I'm counting on this being my new 'normal'. I hope that's not the case for you and that it sorts itself out quickly, I think a visit to a naturopath may be a good idea Good luck, I do hope you feel better soon. x

ETA: Oh yes, the raving evil? Never had that before, either. I'm more of a girl about it though, I get angry at nothing and burst into sobbing fits, then sulk for two days without even remembering why I'm so out of sorts. Ugh. I think it's the constant yuck tummy feeling that does it to me... who can concentrate and function as normal when they're on the verge of vomiting for four days straight?!
