    I do remember worrying that DS2 was going to fall out at 16 weeks and I had severe SPD, but it's impossible to say without an examination. You really need to see your GP or call your midwife and ask to be seen.

    Could the 'prolapse' be a vaginal varice? Basically a varicose vein in the vulva, I understand they are quite painful. Will look like a blue/purplish lump on your vulva. maybe get your DH to have a look under a good light or with a torch. I don't think a vv would cause pelvic pain, would more likely be SPD or pelvic instability.
