I'd have a breast enlargement! I'm a teeny A cup but quite like the figure I have while breastfeeding so it would be nice to keep it

The saggy belly I can live with. I think I'm past bearing my midriff anyway

Bugger all to be honest. Quite happy with the way I look and besides that, I'm far too lazy to change stuff. Takes me all my time to make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and I've been staring at the same packet of hair dye in the bathroom for at least six months now.

I am getting a boob lift and tummy tuck as soon as I lose all my weight, and have kept it off for 12 months.

Honestly? I love my body, I wouldnt really change a thing about it. Well nothing with plastic surgery any way.
Stretch marks? I have none. I wish I got some, they tell such a beautiful story.
Im happy with my body shape and size, and Im happy with my weight (even though I dont know how much I weigh).

Boob job - im a a cup too and i secretly envy women with big full breasts....maybe thats why i love breastfeeding so much LOL. After 3 children, going on 4, i dont hold out much hope for the 'fullness' to come back once the baby days are over.....

Nothing with my body but I have dark pigmentation spots on my face which didn't go after DD was born so if they don't go after this bub then I might look at getting them lasered. One in particular is very dark and unsightly and can't even be covered with makeup so that one is my main concern.

I would get the excess skin removed on my tummy. I dont mind having a bigger bum, stretch marks or bigger feet (up a size since get pg) but I hate the excess skin thing. Mine hangs like an upside down heart as DS was posterior and I have a square belly with him. It makes me feel 30 years older than I am . I wouldnt actually get it done though even if I had the money to burn.

Honestly I would only get done the things that I know that no hard work with fitness and diet wouldnt fix.

I could say i want lipo all over but that can be done through exercise and healthy eating.

What I would get done that I cant fix myself is:

    * Have all the disgusting stretch marks that are on my legs, hips and now stomach removed. This would be my first priority!

    * Breast lift and reduction (no matter how small I have been in the past I cant get rid of my massive chest!

How exactly do they "get rid" of stretch marks? I wasnt aware you could do anything about it

All I want is a tummy tuck and a bit of lipo around my sides/hips. But I don't see it ever happening because DH hits the roof every time I mention it, declaring it a selfish waste of money 'Exercise more', he says. Pfft.
Exercise won't fix the wrinkled, sagging skin I have after two pregnancies - I put on hardly any weight with this pregnancy and I've been doing as much exercise as my schedule permits me, I can feel the muscles beneath my skin are nice and taut (not perfect yet, that's a while off, but they're not the problem) and there's barely any fat there, it's all just sagging excess skin from being stretched so far.
And no amount of exercise and diet can overcome the genetics which have given me that 'muffin top' ring around the top of my hips - even when I dropped below 50kg and was suffering from anorexia, I still had the bump there.

I'm just so frustrated right now because I can't find a pair of jeans to fit me. I'm a size 10 in the bum, hips and legs, but a size 13 where the button does up at the waistband - and not even my super-high shapewear is holding it all in. I look like I've still got a baby bump when I'm wearing the shapewear, and without it sucking my guts in I just have this big overhang And there's not much more dieting and exercise I can do to prove to DH that it's futile, because I'm BFing and am petrified of messing up my supply :'(

Please just let me win Lotto so I can pay for the stupid surgery without DH being a complete a$$ about it...

i bet not one of us says that they wouldn't change anything about themselves...
    I must be strange... I wouldn't change a thing.

Sure at times I think yuck to certain body parts but to be honest it is all things that a little bit of healthy eating and exercise can fix (as proved to me in the past), I realise that my once perfect breasts are going to be saggy after I finish having babies and breastfeeding, but I want to be proud that they have fed and nurtured my babies as they were designed to do.

    I wouldn't change a thing .

Tummy tuck - I HATE the apron that I have.
Lipo - thighs, hips, bum, arms.
Breast reduction and lift - I'm a 16E (probably even an F), and find it REALLY hard to find bras and clothes to sit right, and gravity has definately taken hold!
And not anything to do with having a baby, but I've got some moles on my face I want removed. They are sooooooo ugly!

Hmm...might just buy a new me...if I win lotto anyway!
