I also get very bad period pain. At one point it was so bad I thought I was dieing. I was curled up in a ball, in tears, for about 6 hours. I seriously considered calling an ambulance, so believe me I feel your pain.

I've found Ibuprofen helps sometimes, as well as sitting in a hot shower for a while and just relaxing, (I know, water restrictions, but seriously it gets to the point where ya just think "fk it")
I used to take Ponstan but it stopped working after a while, either the pains got worse or my body got used to it.
Aside from that I have no idea. Heat packs and the like have never really helped me much so I'll be watching this thread with great interest.

I'm currently pregnant atm, is the pain likely to be worse after baby is born?

I started taking Black Cohosh and it helped enormously.
