PB I hope the cramps do settle down for you they are horrible. I use to be doubled over almost crippled because of mine when I was a teenager. try stretching them out a little bit like pushing your hips forward hands on the small of the back and lean your shoulders back iykwim. relax into the strech an dhold it for a few seconds. sometimes stretching the muscles can help also ?

Ad's grabbing a test on the way home, just to rule it out, so I can take some pain relief, and maybe have a glass of wine when the kids go down so I can relax a little....

YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! in all the years I have done hpt, I have never had one where the control doesn't come up, and it just happened!!!

So sticking to panodol tonight and will check later.... thanks ladies.. the cramps aren't easing up....
