The Nuva ring has been linked to deaths in the US, I'd look into it and maybe try something else tbh

I have implanon, and it's fine. A little weight gain, a bit of moodiness, but it does it's job. I got it at 12 months pp, and I hadn't had AF back. I still haven't gotten AF so that's a plus.
I don't use anything now, in the past it's what I used. Like anything though, all have risks
