Your cervix feels like the tip of your nose. During your cycle it will feel like a small dounut shape, circle with a small opening (no tampon wouldn't go through ).
I would say its fallen out & you just didn't realise. But agree with the others, a good squat or one leg up on the loo (while standing ) and have a feel.
