Hi hun, I have one right now, it sucks. I also always get it a day before AF arrives, sometimes it goes for 2 days or develops into a full blown migrane. Luckily I can take nurofen and it does the trick for me. Sorry hun, wish I was more helpful! Hope it eases for you today, they really do suck big time. Big hugs xox
