Hi all my doctor is going to put in a Mirena this weekend under a general. This was all he told me and like a dumb person I was rushed out without asking any questions (to my defense my 7weeker just had her needles and was bleating)
My questions are does it cost me any money obviously the script does but what about him putting it in? I'm on a Health care card
If hes doing it with a general does that mean I go to sleep? Do I just go to his surgery or the local hospital?
How will that effect my supply and can I breastfeed straight away?
Will I be able to drive myself?
