Most likely yes, however I don't understand why you got the breakthrough bleed int he first place? I've skipped my period (also on Levlen ) a few times (holidays, special "dates" coming up i.e. anniversary etc etc), but I never had a breakthrough bleed. So I'm a bit stumped. Maybe talk to your doctor about this!
