    I am 39, my Aunty and grandmother both went through menopause early (although my mum is 60 and could still naturally give me a baby brother or sister lol) so I am thinking this could be perimenopause. All I know for sure is it's slowly driving me mad!

    Maybe not quite connected but I get that kind of pain when aroused. It only started about two months ago. Sounds similar but mine isn't constant.
