i would use a plain moisturiser , an organic no chemicals one or savlon ? a tiny dab and rub it in , keep it dry if you can

if its painful take panadol , i used to get a ingrown and it used to get big and sore each AF , try a tampon or a cup to stop the rubbing .

    hope it heals soon !

I've got the same problem - sore hoo hoo but mine is from a combination of stress, DTD in the spa, DTD a bit too much - so I've got thrush

What about using some olive oil or something like that - not a commercial cream?

I also get sebaceous cysts along the edge which look like pimples but are from swollen sebaceous glands at the base of the hair follicle - runs in the family & DP usually tells me when one is ready to pop.

I have the same problem well thats cause mine has sutures in it from an op. I have been told to try a salt bath so maybe that will help you heal quicker also. I am also taking inner health plus (it can't hurt right?) hopeing it helps me heal quicker by filling me up with good bacteria. An anti-inflammatory might also help with the pain like nurofen and any swelling that might be associated with it. Hope it heals soon for you.

I usually dont touch mine on the occasions that i get one down there, once it has a big head on it (presuming you can see it....) then I put a slight bit of pressure near it and it pops with no pain and goes away.

Perhaps chuck a bit of natural yogurt in the general area before you shower for a while, that might tame it
