    Dear uterus!

Thank you for doing such and awesome job keeping my babies warm but why oh why do you punish me every month with so much pain :-(

Since having my babies my period pain has come back with a vengeance as well as it being very very heavy blood wise. Could this be a problem and should I get it looked at? I used to have bad cramps but nothing like this?
Plus TMI I get a really sore vagina like its going to explode?

    Anyhelp? Thanks xxx

:-( crap chick, I think you need to get this checked out. I see your last bubs was born in 09, that is a long time for your periods to sort themselves out.

i was told by a GP years ago that by having a baby, my boobs would even up (lopsided here), my period pain would lessen and my periods lighten up. well since having DS, boobs are now saggy (), period pain is worse ( i had a period last year where i had pain for 4 days), and the flow is much heavier (including that period last year where i pretty much flooded and lost very large clots). having said that the GP was male

not sure about the exploding vagina but its probably something you should get checked out. good luck and let us know how you go!

I have no advice but just wanted to say what you've described is what I get too since having kids. My period lasts 6-7days, I get terrible back and tummy pain, and sometimes even joint pain. I get an achey vulva too. It's a much heavier flow too. I have put it down to being the fact I don't take the pill anymore, and I did pre kids. So this is my natural cycle.

Could you be lacking in something? Do you eat enough protein?

You have described me to a T!
I can't take the pill now and while I was devastated at first, I'm loving it now!
The dr put me on a medication that I have to take for the first 4 days of every period and it lessons the length, the amount, the pain, the clotting and most other horrid symptom...
