i was told by a GP years ago that by having a baby, my boobs would even up (lopsided here), my period pain would lessen and my periods lighten up. well since having DS, boobs are now saggy (), period pain is worse ( i had a period last year where i had pain for 4 days), and the flow is much heavier (including that period last year where i pretty much flooded and lost very large clots). having said that the GP was male
not sure about the exploding vagina but its probably something you should get checked out. good luck and let us know how you go!![]()
I have no advice but just wanted to say what you've described is what I get too since having kids. My period lasts 6-7days, I get terrible back and tummy pain, and sometimes even joint pain. I get an achey vulva too. It's a much heavier flow too. I have put it down to being the fact I don't take the pill anymore, and I did pre kids. So this is my natural cycle.
Since two kids mine also are SUPER heavy!!! Really badly. But painwise there is virtually none?
Whereas i used to get heaps of pain.
Have you tried EPO?

Could you be lacking in something? Do you eat enough protein?
Thanks girls.
3littlemonkeys that's me to a T. The pain is in my vuvla and it like a throbbing muscle pain :-/
i think I will go to the gp there have been lots of things not feeling right lately like nausea etc so best I get checked out!
Tanya I usually get iron defficent so maybe that's it!

I got exactly this after my twins. I started using a menstrual cup instead of tampons which did help a little, but it also allowed me to measure exactly how much my loss was each month which meant my GP took me seriously. I ended up getting a mirena coil which has helped massively by stopping my periods but after 3 years they are starting to come back so I am going to ask for a referral to a gyne for an ablation or (fingers crossed) a hysterectomy to put the pain to an end once and for all.
