Eeek I have always flushed. Haven't had AF for over a year, but when she returns I better start wrapping and throwing I don't want the toily blocking!!

My BFF was in a family of 4 girls and a plumber father so I learnt from them definitely NO flushing. we have had to get a plumber to put the "snake" down our pipes recently as they have tree roots in them. So the toilet paper gets caught in the tree roots and everything "backs up" gross - had to give DD a lecture about using too much toilet paper!
We had that too, the tree root problem. Was really not fun!

I wrap and chuck, it never even occurred to me to flush them. A girl at work though, blocked our loo twice by flushing tampons. I don't know why she didn't get it the first time, but it was very frustrating seeing as there's only one toilet there!

Teni I do the loo paper roll too! We must be AF ninjas!! I save loo rolls for that time of the month and break 'em out on demand

I have a little bin in the toilet so it's easy and discreet. I use nappy sacks as bin liners and also empty the bin more frequently. It's SO bad for the environment to flush them.

    Oops!
Can't say putting anything into the loo other than toilet paper has ever crossed my mind. However, I grew up on septics.

Wrap and throw, I tend to use nappy sacks and I also put them in toilet rolls.
We have a septic now but I was always told DO NOT FLUSH!

Mum taught me to flush, but then I realised it's better to throw.

    Lately I've switched to cloth.
