Energy during Mensus

I'm currently bleeding and am feeling a little more drained this month. This got me thinking as to how "open" a Woman may be during her period.

I have a lot of stuff going on at the moment which maybe also be a drain on my soul, but I wondered if anyone has any input on what may be happening spiritually to a Woman during mensturation.

Any thoughts?

I think you would be more open & connected. Especially this month with the 19th bringing the moon at its closest in some time.
I would try & sit & absorb the energy from the moon during this time & see if that helps rejuvenate you a bit

WOW! Interesting you should say that....Considering I am a Cancer and am ruled by the Moon.

May very well be the reason for "lost" feeling I'm soaking in at the moment.

I've also been unusually looking forward to this full moon!

Im a cancer also, which is probably why I automatically go to the moon LOL. Although last night I had to pull my curtain across a bit, its was too bright LOL.
To be perfectly honest I have never really put that much thought into it. But really it makes sence. The moon not only rules the cancer sign, but fertility & all things womenly. So to me, I think during AF, we are open more so. But instead of realising its a chance to absorb, we tend to let it escape KWIM? Most women often feel drained & crappy around AF, but I wonder if we just focused that "draining" energy the other way, we could use it to our advantage.

Yes totally. I think you're absolutely right.

I generally do talk to Her when she is at her fullest. Sounds crazy but I see and feel her light on me and its calming and comforting. Full moons are generally an exciting period for me

So perhaps a full moon nude dance is on the cards to soak up all the glory that she is going to bestow on us this moon phase! Tehehe!

LOL could be good! My belly looks like a big full moon at the moment too, that would look splendid naked under the full moon hehehe. But the mozzies kinda turn me off the idea.
