I need your help ladies please

Hi,
You may have seen my earlier post that I found out yesterday my dad has cancer.

I would really appreciate it if those ladies that are interested in or able to send some "white light" or healing energy or positive affirmations or positive prayer or thoughts to try and help heal my Dad's cancer.

I can meditate and send white light and green for healing, today I did it and it was like sending little laser beams off into outer space, I will try tonight to envelop him in white light. Then I think I might try to visualise the cancer and shoot it with light or something.

Does anyone have any other ideas for positive healing energy that I can do or try?

If you know anyone else who is able to do this, please ask them to join in too. It cant hurt and might even help, we want that evil cancer to be localised and not spread so that it can just be removed with surgery.

my DP's stepdad sends healing energy by imagining a "pipe" connecting the two of them, and sends it throught there, directly to the spot that needs healing the most... i will also talk to my friends (both christian and pagan) and between us we can pray, and send healing energies to your dad... i read your earlier post

Thanks katnap, I really appreciate it, can't remember if I mentioned he has bowel cancer, so I will try sending direct healing energy there, and please involve as many people as you can think of.

Meagan, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003 and one lovely thing my DH did for me was to buy me rainbow ribbons and tie them to the bed so that when I slept I would be enveloped in calming healing rainbows. We went to a lovely healing place in Bundanoon (NSW Southern Highlands) called the Quest for Life Centre run by Petrea King to do a weekend of healing meditation together and it was here that he got the special ribbons. I don't know if your Dad would be into something like this and I'm not sure if you can buy the ribbons from the Quest website, it was just something we did. I'm almost 5 years cancer free now and have 1 beautiful son and a little Princess on the way so miracles do happen.

oh hon we can all do that for you and your dad. Prayer can be a powerful thing cant it.

I will send him some distance healing ( Reiki) and if anyone else has done there Reiki even better.

krisp fantastic idea, couldnt do any harm, quite the opposite. would he be interseted?

I went to a crystal shop today, looked around for about an hour, looked at everything 50 times liked some stuff but nothing felt right, then suddenly I turned around and litterally gasped "Look at that!!" It was a beautiful pyramid crystal of ametrine, although I suspect it is more amethyst, but who knows, I had an almighty rush and I called out to the woman who owned it "I found it I found it!!" So that made me feel really good for a little while and my mum loved it, I also got dad just a small tumbled clear quartz as you know it is a good overall powerful stone, she just needs to cleanse them when she gets home, what a reaction I had to that crystal, lucky my hubby actually quite enjoys crystals anything else he would raise his eyebrows at.

Thankyou for all your positive thoughts and prayers keep it coming you never know what difference it may make.

I so feel your desperation sweetness, just dont get to burn out stage ok, you need to keep your strength up not only for him but yourself as well. What ever is going to be will be, if he is meant to beat this and this is just a expereince, yes a hard one, but if he is to take this journey of a tough road, he will beat it. I know you are feeling helpless, but sweetie try and go with the flow, not saying dont do anything, but yo can only do so much, most important for him is to just "Be" just be with him spend more time with him and continue to shower him with words of love and enncouragment and make sure you get alot of "Alone" time for yourself, you need to havw that time to just be in the moment, this will only strengthen your energy.

my mum has told me that pink light is healing, if i am sick, she tels me to lacalise the spot, surround it in a white bubble then a pink one and visualise the canser shrinking.

i will see if she can add him to her group, though i need his first name if thats ok with you, she goes to a church wwhere they have a healing circle.

Soul - you are a sweetie, you are completely right, I am getting up early lately and have had a few hours to myself, the boys are in QLD and not back till Fri, at the moment I am listening to Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley over and over and it makes me feel very peaceful. I am very manic at the moment, I can change subjects 40 times in a minute. Yes, I will take time for myself, after this post I am going to switch some lights off, light some candles, quiet my mind and just be.

My Dad loved his crystal - wanted to know all about it, carrying it around in his pocket, he is so cute he says to me "do i have to believe for it to work?" "no" i tell him "I believe enough for both of us, it will just do it's 'thing'", he is happy to go along with that and figures it can't hurt, had to convince him to take it out of his pocket to be cleansed, it bought me some good feelings to be able to do this small thing.

Soul thanks again for your sage advice, I am paying attention and yes i do need to take care of myself to be able to help my family, you feel like my cosmic mummy!!

I'll send some healing energy to him too - green (cleansing) and pink (love) energy sounds good, maybe send some blue for calmness as well.

I completely agree with Soul about giving yourself time out. Maybe go somewhere in Nature, particularly a beach, just to ground yourself. Even if you just take your shoes off and walk around in the garden, just to stop the thoughts going around and around in your head.
