Hi Loopy,
depending when you may have concieved ,I would have thought that if you were PG it would show up on a HPT even if you had miscarried. But again it all depends on the strength of the hormones in your urine. You may have had an early loss but to be sure and certainly if the bleeding dosnt stop see your DR. A blood test may help.
