Im not sure what's going on with my body????

Hi! New user looking for some help/answers? I had an accident at work on 14thJuly 09, where a dozer operator pushed a load of rocks over the waste dump where I was working on my grader underneath,the rocks smashed into it and I recieved serious whiplash to neck and back,Acute trauma stress, bruising internal on lower abdnomal, when I got home later that day from work I awoke in extreme pain in adominal lower area then had bright red bleeding for 2-3 days with blood clots ect, then brown blood for 2-3 days and till this day have had abnormal bleeding,cramps,dizziness,faituge,nausea,breathles s. When I was addmitted to hospital by my phyoligist for Acute tramua stress ,1 week later the nurse gave me a pregnancy test as I had to have X-rays done and I told her I tought I was pregnant ,but I think I had a miscarriage. She returned with the results and said yes it looks like you have miscarriaged as there was pregnancy hormone in test. I am now booked to have a hystrocopy D and C procedure on Tuesday 13th Oct 09. Im not sure if this is a currett ,as I had A miscarraige when I was 19yr old and had a currett ,but this was done straight away as this time, I have waited 2 months for it 2 be done?

I think a hysteroscope D&C (Excuse spelling) they actually look into the uterus with a camera from the cervix to look for anything like fibroids, maybe damage from an accident, endo etc which could be causing your bleeding etc then they do a D&C after they have had a look. A normal D&C for a m/c for example they usally just do the curette where they basically clean the contents of the uterus out. They often do D&Cs for other reasons besides a m/c so perhaps thats why your having it now 2months after your accident and m/c.
