I lost one at 16wks it was still called early pregnancy and the drs didn't care even though I had a tiny baby in my arms. I was treated horribly and then they buggered up my surgery and I nearly died twice. Don't let anyone tell you because it was "early pregnancy" that it doesn't hurt. It does and it just shows how much of a caring person you are.

I'd go see a different doctor and explain to them what happened, they may send you for an ultrasound to make sure that it is 'complete' or if not at least maybe give some antibiotics just incase, last thing you want is an infection while TTC.

I was told after losing Dylan to wait one menstral cycle then I was free to try again. I was told the most common reason for m/c so early is that it did not implant properly or there was something wrong with the baby. They told me to drink plenty of water, keep folate, iron and vitamins up and to avoid caffiene at all costs.

I have my fingers and toes crossed you get another little baby soon that sticks around for you xoxo

Take care of yourself, and never blame yourself.
