I woke up at 2am this morning, absolutely covered in blood. Should go to the doctor to confirm but what's the point?

I just wish I had known about this one beforehand, because I'm torturing myself now and honestly, I may have caused it. I've had alcohol with dinner every night for the past week, culminating in half a bottle of wine the other night.
