Hun, please be gentle with yourself, this is in NO WAY your fault, it 100% sucks, but you did NOT cause this.

Keike, I'm so sorry. I've had a few computer issues lately, they are fixed now but I feel awful getting back to read this news.

Nothing you have have done or did not do will have changed this. Definitely time to get some testing done, and I'm here to chat any time.

    Take care.

I'm so sorry that you're going through this. I know it's important to get answers about why this is happening but please don't blame yourself, you didn't make this happen with a bit of wine.

Went to the naturopath last night, she's a family friend so she gave me a hug and had a bit of a cry with me. She suggested that we use contraception for a while - nothing chemical, just condoms - to give my body a chance to heal properly and get built up. She's given me Chaste tree tablets to take regularly, 3 a day for the next couple of weeks and then down to 2. She said that she knows it's no comfort, but I don't seem to have much of a problem falling pregnant. The chaste tree is designed to build up my progesterone levels, and I'm already on Menstrocare to regulate my periods, so between the two of them I should get a 'nice clean baby oven for next year'

I've been holding out hope for one of those 'fluke babies' - y'know, the mythical 'just stop thinking about it and it'll happen!', but I'm doing more damage that way. It's not gonna happen by accident, I'm gonna hafta make it happen. Hopefully this is the last time I ever start a thread in this section

Keike, so many babies are conceived on drunken nights & women drink without knowing they are pregnant all the time.

You are not at fault here ok? You have done nothing wrong.

Sending you lots of squeezy hugs ***hug***

Although it's not a quick fix there's lots of hope and possibility in your last post Keike, so glad to hear that
