So I got out of my pjs today - I even put lippy on. Walked up to the hospy with DH to pick up a letter, and say hello. We decided to stay out for lunch, and had a really nice day together, and I feel so much better.

Thanks so much everyone for thinking of me - at first I coudn't bear to tell everyone, but now I am so glad I have. I will post again when the test results come in, so please cross your fingers for me!

SB!!!!!! I am devastated for you! I didnt expect this to be your post at all. I'm so so sorry. What a shock to make it to your 12 week scan & to be so let down, & you had such horrible morning sickness! As you know I was also in hospital two weeks ago for surgery on an ectopic pregnancy, its horrible. I also cried my eyes out on many occassions when the nurses had left the room. I hope a bit of normality can return to your life very soon. I'm so sorry this has happened to you. xox

Brisbane weather has been very understanding, I have to say. On Tuesday as soon as we walked out of the scan it just started to rain, and it was grey and freezing and miserable, and just right. Wednesday was a bit grotty too. But, just as I've started to feel ready to face the world, the sun has come out, and it's been just right.
