My DS1 just lost his first tooth only weeks ago. He lost it at school (literally!). When I had a look I thought it had broken off but it was in fact another tooth already there.
My GF's little boy has the same thing except that his baby teeth aren't wobbly yet..she has been taking him to the dentist as he said they may have to pull the baby teeth out if they don't come out on there own.
If his baby teeth are wobbly you should be ok, if you are worried it may be worth taking him to the dentist to have a check up.
Give him apples and yes wobble them
