Home Teeth Whitening Kit

Hi all,

Can anyone please recommend a cheap home teeth whitening kit that actually works??!

My teeth are great but I have recently started drinking tea and don't want to stain them!

TBH the active ingrediants in over the counter ones are so small (to make them safe to sell) its hardly worth it! id go along to your dentist and get a proper kit from them (they makes trays to fit and use a much stronger solution, its still to use at home and cheaper then the in surgery whitening)
