How often do you clean your teeth and floss?(trying to work out why my teeth/gums )

Brush twice a day and floss when I remember which is not often, I also use a fluoride free tooth paste

depends on the day really! at least twice a day, generally first thing in the morning, last at night. if i don't have shower as soon as i get out of bed, i have to clean my teeth after my shower (or i don't feel clean!) - if we're going out later in the day, i'll clean them again then as well. if i have a grotty feel in my mouth, i'll just clean my teeth to get rid of it!
