I have crappy teeth too - so many fillings I think they are just week or something :S My DH is exactly the same, brushes at night & that is all...apart from having yellowish teeth, his are fine... annoys the heck out of me.

I hope your pain eases soon, maybe just give the flossing a break & ease up on the brushing until the pain settles down.
