    Teeth pulled or filled? WWYD?

I need 3 fillings!! Pretty good I've got to almost 27 without having any yet though I think lol.

Anyways, 2 of them are in my 2 top wisdom teeth. The dentist says I can get them filled or else I can just get them pulled out because they are hard to clean and it's really common to need more fillings in them during your life anyway. It's only another $15 per tooth to get them pulled out instead.

But, gross! And ouch! Can't make up my mind what to do... any wise words of advice?

Yeah, get them pulled. I agree with Olive, more hassle than their worth.
If you get them filled now, chances are in a couple years you'll need another filling. And another. And another.
For another 15 bucks I'd get them ripped out in a heartbeat.

Mind you, mine haven't come through yet!! hehehe.

Thanks guys, I guess I get them pulled then. Ahh... scary! The thought of sitting there while they're pulling out my tooth! eek!! I hope it doesn't hurt too much after.

I agree with the others - wisdoms are pretty redundant and do tend to cause more ongoing problems. I had all mine out under GA when I was a teenager and it wasn't too bad afterwards. Mine were all impacted too so they were hard to get out. I was fairly normal again after a few days.

    pull pull pull!

Wisdoms always cause more trouble than they are worth!
