    Hi Kate,
I know you asked this last year but i am a newbie and i have a few books to tell you about.
1.Telling the truth to your adopted or foster child.(my fav. book)by Betsy Keefer & Jayne E. Schooler.
2.Adopting,parent's stories edited by Turner Goldsmith ( an australian book written by adoptive parents)
3.Family Wanted, true stories of adoption.edited by Sara Holloway.

I hope this helps.Though by now you probably have read them any way...lol

I assume you probably mean more grown up books but I saw a kids book by Todd Parr called "We Belong Together". Very sweet.

    Hi Kate,

I'm reading a good one at the moment called 'Twenty things adopted kids wish their adoptive parents knew' by Sherrie Eldridge. Very interesting about the grieving process and the importance of talking with kids about their emotions.

The other one I hope to get a hold of soon is 'Adopting overseas : a guide to adopting from Australia, plus personal stories that will inspire you' by Lucy Burns and Ailsa Burns.

    Hope this helps!
