Another option is doing some part time teaching at a TAFE or similar. They are always looking for people with qualifications in the area to teach things like business and HR. Call the HR department at your local TAFE and have a chat with them. It is usually contract work for the duration of the semester but here in Canberra they pay about $60 per hour of face to face.
