Try the local TAFE you can do Language and Learning it is a great class which covers lots of stuff that will give you a confidence boost as well as refresh you on your english.

You can do a ESL course or even an IELTS course. Contact your local TAFE or a local Vocational Education Institution. Just do a search for these courses and your state and you should get a run down where they are offered
