As time goes by I am getting so embarrased about my written english and spelling.
Is there a course out there that I could do to help me improve?

You can do a ESL course or even an IELTS course. Contact your local TAFE or a local Vocational Education Institution. Just do a search for these courses and your state and you should get a run down where they are offered
