Personally thats how i would suggest as that way you are more appealing to an agency and also if you were to work in a small country hopsital one day.

I know some of the girls have had issues in smaller places gettong work as they can not working in general also all they can do is mid.

doing both gives u such a diveres amount of areas to work.
