But I am now a resident of New South Wales, so the offer at Monash University in VICTORIA seems rather superfluous.

I am thrilled that I got in, it at least means I have the potential to get in elsewhere (hopefully University of Canberra)... but thinking we should have moved to the other side of Melbourne !!!

So I guess this is a Woohoo and a Boohoo

I am still hoping for an offer to ACU because I then may be able to pull strings and study up here instead... but I don't have my hopes too high... second preference is still pretty good!!!!

Well done hun - can't remember exactly what you were hoping to study, but have you thought about doing it as distance ed for six months, and then talk to Monash/UC about doing cross-institutional studies on campus - so you still graduate from Monash, but you get your credits at UC?

UC isn't a bad uni to go to (i went there) - and it's probably worth looking at it if you want the credentials from Monash...

Mazzie I only moved last week, needed more support so moved up near Anth's folks.
Besides I only mad eit to one Vic Meet-Up and I wasn't very sociable so you ladies won't miss me

I went and enquired at UC, the convenor was very apolegetic when she told me they were full. She seems very impressed that I would want to go there if I had an offer at Monash, Oh well. Next year I suppose.

Still makes me sad, I just can't believe I got in.
