Day by day we are learning what foods my lil man has allergys too.

Tonight we are having spag bog and i was about to put the eggplant in in when hubby said no, he doesnt like them, so i sliced it up, put sea salt on it and grilled it on the george. yummmy

The kids all wanted to snack on some while they wait for dinner, as soon as my son ate some, i noticed in less than 5 min, he was going red around the mouth, i thought maybe the sea salt was stinging his lips, (i did over salt it), he kept eating as i was still doing dinner, then after he was donw i noticed his entire tummy was just red, showing symptoms of the usual rash he gets when he has an allergy.

So im not sure if it was the huge amount of sea salt or the egg plant, hubby says the egg plant as he has had salt on hot chips before.

It was the long thin one not the short fat one.
and i cant remember if he had egg plant at my mums before?
