My Ds was diagnosed with a fructose intolerance in hospital, He was put on intravenous TPN so he could gain weight for four months and then started on a carbohydrate free formula called RCF. Looking back I feel as if we were misdiagnosed in my opion unless the child can grow out of a intolerance because after a year we started karicare gold which is when his poos became normal and then he was slowly introduced to new food one thing every two weeks and now he is nearly three and eats everything, no poo issues so hopefully you get some hope from my post.
