My dd is very much like yours. I haven't got time to read all the responses now but thought I'd quickly respond. Check out the chemical maze and a book called fed up. You could go and see a paediatric dietician if you need more advice on what to avoid, we did and she was great. Steer clear of colours, flavours, preservatives, salicylates, too much sugar. Processed meats are bad, avoid sausages, anything packaged in the supermarket, the chemical maze is great for checking the numbers on packets and you can get an app for it. I keep editing as I think of more things. Google fruits that are high in salicylates and avoid them and see if that helps.
