    Thanks for that. Would I need to go to a health food shop to buy it?
    For the bechamel sauce i usually use flour - what could i use instead?
    for bechamel sauce you can use corn flour- but make sure that it is a corn based corn flour and not a wheat one. Coles also have a section with gluten free/egg and nut free

    there are HEAPS of recipes on the web for coeliacs ( gluten & wheat free) just google

    wheat egg and nut free recipes... also you can look on vegan websites and take out the nuts.
    There are lot of gluten free (wheat) free products now, Woolies stocks GF free buiscuits, flour, etc.

    a good website is called gluten free girl and her recipes are awesome. Hope this helps a little.
