Food roster for family in need, with food allergies

    Hi everyone,

Our school community is helping out a family who is going through a difficult time at the moment. We're organising a meal roster for them, but just found out that they have allergies to Wheat, Egg and Nuts.
Can anyone help me with some recipes? The meals need to be cooked and then refrigerated/re-heated, or perhaps even frozen.

    Thanks in advance

You could do a lasagne with the Orgran pasta. Most Orgran stuff is vegan and gluten free. They are the best allergy brand!!

Thanks for that. Would I need to go to a health food shop to buy it?
For the bechamel sauce i usually use flour - what could i use instead?

    Thanks for your help

for bechamel sauce you can use corn flour- but make sure that it is a corn based corn flour and not a wheat one. Coles also have a section with gluten free/egg and nut free
