Big W photos online

Has any one used this service before? and if so how long did it take you to get your photos back??

I submitted over 200 photos 18 days ago, and the website said a 7 - 10 day turn around. On day 12 (28th of Oct) there was still no photos so i rang their toll free number, and she said due to the special that they had on there was a huge backlog of photos to print, but they should be in store to pick up on Tuesday 4th of November. Well so far no word about photos. I am on hold to their toll free number once again to see what was going on, but been on hold for bloody long... oh they just answered, and said 'hello this Charon" and then I was cut off. FFS.

Anyone else ever had any trouble with Big W photos online ?

Arghh sounds like a complete PITA.

We were thinking of doing it - cos it seemed like a great idea and so cheap!!!!

But now.. I dunno... you may have changed our minds.. lol

I get all my photos through them.
I've never had a drama and they usually come really really quickly (we have crap mail out here and they are usually there in 2-3 days).
I hope it's just a one off for you Astrolady as thier quality is great.

I rang our local Big W and the prints weren't in store yet, so I rang back their toll free and got through within 4 mins of that call, and she said that they had been posted on the 31st so should be in store by no later than tomorrow. I have another 70 odd being postal delivered to my mum's place too.
