I get all my photos through them.
I've never had a drama and they usually come really really quickly (we have crap mail out here and they are usually there in 2-3 days).
I hope it's just a one off for you Astrolady as thier quality is great.
I rang our local Big W and the prints weren't in store yet, so I rang back their toll free and got through within 4 mins of that call, and she said that they had been posted on the 31st so should be in store by no later than tomorrow. I have another 70 odd being postal delivered to my mum's place too.
2 days later and photos have still not arrived. They were apparently posted from Glen Innes ?? in NSW on October 31st to the Parabanks store.
Just had the fuji photolab ring to say mention this. i have been ringing Big W daily to see if they have arrived in store anyway. I said to the lady "Look today has been 3 weeks since I submitted and paid for the photos, the 'your sorry for the delay' just doesn't cut it anymore when your Big W Photos online site states a 7-10 day turn around. Not that it really matters to you, but you have just lost 1 customer"
On the other side of this I submitted photos for my mum 6 days after doing mine, but did hers to go direct to her place as her local Big W is a bit of drive for them. Her photos arrived today in the post. Are mine at my local Big W store. Nope.
I could have driven to Glenn Innes and back to collect them myself in the 6 days it has taken them so far.

So it seems the postal ones are the way to go then? We live a couple of hours from a store, but I was thinking of doing some online.... maybe after christmas?
Hope you get them soon, maybe complain really loud and see if you can get a voucher for more photos (that will probably take ages too lol)
