    They do add a bit of length to your lens, so if you've got a wide lens then it's worth stepping up a size in the filter and getting a step-down adaptor. That way you don't lose field of vision

    I love our polarised filter....I think ours was around $40 from memory.

    Filters are good! About $40 - $80 depending on the diameter of the lens and worth every penny the day it saves your lens from getting scratched, as well as helping your photos a tad.

    I have skylight because it slightly warms skin tones. I also have a dark one but I don't use it very often because I've learned if it's harsh enough to need it then the photos look awful
