    I would recommend talking to the Department of Human Services about the child's potential needs - they will know what is available. Also your local community health centre might be helpful, or the RCH.

    You're fortunate in that you are in Melbourne, so lots of resources compared to the country. Perhaps you could provide a little more info about the baby's needs and abilities, and which part of Melbourne you are in? I might be able to track some info down for you.
