Thats great that it was actually picked up early bcause it would have been a longer process if it was found later. Sounds like she is managing well and that you are also doing well. Good that shes getting some tummy time too. As Olivia had the pavlik we put her in a safe and sound compaq and she was ok but the pavlik doesnt have a bar. Maybe you could ring the place that you got the harness fitted. Good luck with it all.
