I hear you totally on all of the issues you've raised. It's a scary and exciting time - another milestone for our little babies!

I can't believe that someone tried to give your baby a biscuit! OMG!!!!

I know that I'll be clear if we are out and about where DD will be exposed to potential offerings of food and I'll be telling people that I either have food for her or she'll have what I am having. We are doing the BLS too so I guess it will be much easier for us to just say "no, thanks, I'll give her some of mine" - does that make sense?

In the first year or so I'm not caring much if people see me as a food nazi with her! They are our babies and we know what's best for them hey?

Wow, I'm getting strict in my old age

It's so exciting, we bought a high chair for her today! She looks tiny in it which is so cool, as there isn't much these days that she looks tiny in!! (sorry for the digression).
