When we were introducing foods where there's a higher risk of allergy (egg, peanuts etc) I just made sure that i didn't offer any other new foods around that time so that I could see if there was a reaction.
Everything allergy-wise was fine until recently, when DD had satay which would have been her 4 or 5th time having peanuts - she had what I'm assuming is a reaction to the peanuts. We're having her tested to make sure, but not until February. Thought I'd just mention it because I wasn't aware that there could be no reaction the first few times and then a reaction - luckily a few of the girls on BB put me straight! I've since found out that DH's cousin's son has a peanut allergy, so maybe I should've been more cautious, but I didn't know that at the time (and even if i did I think I likely would've assumed it was indirect enough to give it a go anyway).
Scrambled egg is an absolute favourite in our house too so I'm glad that seems to be ok.
