DD is already the same and not as close to 2 as your DS. She used to eat anything we put in front of her!

Fussy and etc and if we finally find something he want to eat she will mono eat - so one food only. Xmas day it was Tomato, NYE it was Sultanas...cold fruits are usually a winner. Grapes have been great. Fruit, fruit, more fruit. Pretty much all she wants, apart from veg.

Was away from home with her on Jan 1 because DH was working NYE so there wasn't her usual breakfast available...took nearly 2 hours to get a piece of toast down her.

Sometimes I just offer and leave it and eventually the hunger will get the better of her and she'll eat it! I figure if she doesn't immediately throw the plate on the floor that I have a small chance of her eating it.

Baked Beans mixed with frozen veggies have been a godsend.

As above...she must be eating enough becuase she runs around like a looney.

That is a great idea, will have to give taht a go.

Cheezel, have you tried the sucky yoghurts? (no idea what they are really called ) - the ones in a little pouch. They are a little bit more manageable on their own; will still spill if they're left lying on the couch though

    Today is a prime example:

    DD: Cold Grape! Cold Grape!

Eat two bunches of grapes from fridge.

    DD: Apple! Apple! Apple!

Me to DH: DON'T get her an Apple, whatever you do. Open the fridge and let her choose which fruit she wants.

DD picks out and eats a Nectarine.

    Go figure.
