Hollye, we started with lunches, mainly because if there was a reaction we would see it (as aposed to a dinner when she would go to bed shortly afterwards)
Within a week we were doing 3 meals a day, as it was more about just giving her ttastes of foods and 'fingers' to gnaw on than actual eating
First foods were veggies and toast. these are easy to take with you.
We delayed fruit a bit just as we didnt want her prefering the sweet stuff straight away, so once she started to enjoy veggies and had her favourites, we then introduced some fruit (whcuh she now has after each meal, except breaky) and as a snack mid morning
