Mayb invest in buying a car bottle warmer for your mum when she is out and about?? saves all the drama's....

Cause I express full time, I bought one of the warmers that has a gel in it that heats up when you snap a disc. Its called a portable bottle warmer by dex products, I couldn't have done without it!

it was frozen and taken out that morning, so by the time it got to mum it was still pretty cold. I would have prefered her to microwave it then feed him a full jar of crap.

Poor customer service to not give your mum hot water! Its not like its hard for them. Another thought is for her to take a thermos of boiling water. I understand you not wanting to feed him a jar of food but I'd hate to see your hard work expressing go to waste!
