I have a teacher friend who had a child In her class who's preferred name was Ashu. I just wanted to say 'bless you'!
There's a kid at the local school called Rish.it
Kids don't make fun of him. He's a total legend because swearing is legitimate when he's around.
Hahaha oh this thread has given me a good giggle! I don't get all these wierd names. I have heard of M'kailah before, i feel sorry for when they are learning to spell! And i had an email with the worst baby names on it...ajax?!! What will they call the next ome, spray n wipe? Maybe in a few years names like peter, paul, mary, sarah will be considered unusual and will be back in fashion? :) xxxxxxx
I will never forget when I worked at maccas as a late teen with a guy called satan. Pronounced "Suh-tahn" not SATAN (imagine me saying this in my most hard core metal voice). The looks he used to get were priceless. But he didn't care. I can't remember his ethnic background but I know the name was common and had no correlation with Beelzebub. He was an awesome guy. Everyone wanted to steal his nametag.
First baby of 2014 - "So’Unique Miracle Randle".
And as for babies named "Unique", there have been hundreds of different variations of the spelling of unique, including Uneek, Uneque, and Uneqqee.
Seriously.
Okay so I heard one today... I already know a boy called Blade (or Blaide?) and that was weird enough, but today I heard of a new baby girl with that name!!
The name of the day is Cyndeigh. Yep, You read right.
Cyndeigh - as in Cindy? Lord.
There's a girl on Toddlers and Tiaras called Rainbow Dash.
